La situazione è di una gravità estrema, auspichiamo un decisivo intervento della comunità internazionale, con azioni a carattere diplomatico , con il precipuo scopo, atto a disinnescare questa gravissima crisi, scatenata in nome e per conto di interessi che nulla hanno a che fare con la pace e il benessere delle popolazioni del Globo.

Dear Sir, Madam,


Between 2003 and 2019 there were few (even very few) Silent Diplomats in the room i.e. in direct negotiations between Russia and the USA or India and Pakistan in nuclear terms. Between 2003 and 2009 the air was getting thinner and thinner for peace mediation. The crisis in 2008 saw a global surge in civil society. Popular arousal was miscarried by those we know. The WW4 on terrorism following WW3 which was the cold war, delivered the last “bailout” for the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) to breathe fake income, fake reason to be, fake justification. Negotiations took up speed, starting 2009, as the USA had nothing but excuses, excuses, that if told in written form by witnesses in the room would put the general public in disbelief. Western governments had nothing but unsatisfying explanations. Brussels had nothing but a puppet role.


The only argument Russia accepted i.e. in Year 2012 on September 27th and in the Altiero Spinelli Building in Brussels were those arguments and excuses presented by the one single Silent Diplomat speaking in the room. Russia delivered on that day a nuclear war declaration. As this one single humble Peace Mediator represented the peace movement, he waited to the very end, when Russian representative of the Kremlin Vladimir Leontiev reiterated Russian intention to lead a nuclear war. They asked for an appointment for a nuclear war. The statement was: “can we please fix a date?” A deadly silence followed. The Silent Diplomat took the floor. He was the last speaker. Openly praising Russia for its patience and resilience, he asked Russia for excuses for all the incongruousness the West presented that very same day. For 8 hours USA and Europe had been telling arguments that were open, true, but unacceptable. The single Silent Diplomat laid out all the efforts being done internally to transform Western society towards peace and he asked for more time to be allowed to go on working. He promised to go on working. Russia accepted the arguments presented by the Silent Diplomat and promised to sit back at the negotiation table. Russia took a high risk and paid a high price for its patience. This is not to say that Russia is a saint. This is to say, that in a tactical perspective, Russia held back its most brutal capacity. In a strategic perspective Russia plaid down to the last card to avoid confrontation. In retrospect and in terms of the psychological setting, maybe this was wrong. The West, in its stupid and ignorant arrogance assumed Russia simply was too weak to face the fight. The West mistook generosity for naivety. Right on the 27th September, the West was drunk-happy and thought it had fooled Russia. The West dismissed completely and utterly any of the recommendations placed by the Silent Diplomat. And the West started pushing even harder. The West cheated and played dirty as ever and NATO enlargement went on. The Silent Diplomat was dismissed, threatened, kept on a leash. This is nothing but a colonial style repetition of old and outdated behavioral patterns, with a different quality.


Fact is, that after the miracle of ongoing negotiation went on, the West simply abused and misused the single Silent Diplomat it had, and then – after protesting and threatening with resignation – the Single Silent Diplomat asked in 2019 Secret services for protection, because he did not want to be used ever again. Secret services promised him a “pause”. Now and since February 24th 2022 the Silent Diplomat is willing to go back to the negotiation table, if and only if, the West commits to the requests the Silent Diplomat has to the West. For this purpose the West would have to listen to the Silent Diplomat. The West is not doing so. Hence the West is playing a suicidal card, question is and remains if there is anybody out there listening. It is agreed that the Trans-Atlantic neoliberal financial system is heading towards a hyperinflationary breakdown crisis. It is agreed that an economic reset is required. It is agreed that we need to establish a new international security and development architecture.

But:

The principles of this new situation must root in a timely understanding of the complexities of our time. And this includes a totally new narrative. The Silent Diplomat is willing to provide with a narrative that can be agreed upon by all sides. One single Silent Diplomat can do a lot. But he can not do all.

It is quite extraordinary to observe our mannequin (so-called) Leaders in both Europe where they are all unelected and all answer to the MIC of NATO whose HQ is in Brussels – so much for democracy inside of the EU, and in North America where the US Leader is, once again, a mannequin operated by the nastiest of figures inside of the State Department and a plethora of unelected ‘think-tanks’ situate within Washington’s Golden Mile, while the floppy-haired mannequin north of the border simply parrots whatever he’s told to utter by the US State Department. How have we ordinary people allowed ourselves to be manipulated and propagandized to such an extent that, almost without noticing, the use of Nuclear Weapons against Russia appears not just acceptable but required!

Never has what is known as ‘the West’ more required a complete overthrow and clear-out of the stables by the people who need Leaders that will actually lead. Unless our Financial System is not only re-set but torn down and replaced – thereby requiring that the financial cabals who run Wall Street and Frankfurt and London are thrown out on their ears and stripped of their assets followed by a complete unwinding of what is described as Debt and ‘Securities’ and the wholly unsustainable valuations placed on the worth of Corporations.

We are facing financial and societal Armageddon and the clock is ticking down. Meanwhile, our Leaders fiddle.
